Marae Visit Term Two

The Big Crunch!

On Friday all the school assembled on the big side with a Jazz apple.  At exactly 2.13pm we all took part in the 'Big Crunch'. The aim was to take part nationally in an attempt to break the world record for the most apple eaten by people simultaneously. We all went quiet before we took a bite and when we did you could hear the sound of over 490 children and teachers biting into a juicy, red, apple.

Ki-O-Rahi

Commencing in  week three of this term the Year Six and Five classes are going to take part in weekly Ki-O-Rahi games.
